4. Choose the Downloader app.
5. Click Download.

7. Return to the home screen and open Settings.
8. Click My Fire TV.
9. Choose Developer options.
10. Click Install unknown apps.
11. Find the Downloader app and click it.
12. This will turn Unknown Sources to On for the Downloader app. This will enable side-loading on your device.
13. Launch Downloader.
14. Click Allow.
15. Click OK.

How to Add a Portal Link to Your TVIP Box
Follow these steps to set up your TVIP box with the correct portal link. Note: Before proceeding, you’ll need to send your TVIP box’s MAC Address to our support team so we can provide you with the correct portal URL.
What is a MAC Address?
The MAC Address (Media Access Control Address) is a unique identifier for your TVIP box. It usually starts with 00:1A:79 or 10:XX something similar. You can find it:
•On a label on the back or bottom of your TVIP box.
•In the settings menu of your TVIP box under “About” or “Network”.
Step 1: Locate the MAC Address
1.Turn on your TVIP box and go to Settings.
2.Navigate to “System Information” or “Network Settings”.
3.Note down the MAC Address (it looks like 00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX).
Step 2: Send Your MAC Address to Support or the order Note.
•Provide your MAC Address to our support team through email, live chat, or Telegram.
•Once verified, we will send you the specific Portal URL for your subscription.
Step 3: Add the Portal Link
Once you receive the Portal URL, follow these steps to configure your TVIP box:
1.Go to Settings: Use your remote to navigate to the “Settings” menu (gear icon).
2.Open the Servers/Portals Section: Look for “Servers”, “Portals”, or “TV Settings”.
3.Add a New Portal:
•Portal Name: Enter a name for the portal (e.g., “acctopix”).
•Portal URL: Enter the URL provided by our support team.
4.Save and Restart: Save the settings and restart your box.
Step 4: Access Your IPTV
•After rebooting, your box will connect to the portal, and you should see the IPTV interface.
